The crusher dust collector is mainly used for the dust removal of jaw crusher, impact crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher, compound crusher and cone crusher.
There are two types of silo roof dust collectors equipped with cement tanks in mixing plants, without ash hopper and with ash hopper.
A large amount of dust is generated during the working process of the vibrating screen. When the dust collector starts to work, the centrifugal fan of the mine dust collector is used to form a negative pressure area at the place where the dust overflows, and the dust-containing gas is sucked into the dust collector.
When the dust removal equipment in the stone plant is installed, a dust suction hood is installed at each dust-producing part. According to the location and structure of the on-site dust, the dust suction hood is reasonably arranged. Through the work of the dust collection hood, most of the dust-containing gas can be collected and transported to the bag filter through the negative pressure system.

The main places where dust collectors are used in steel plants include ironmaking furnaces, converters, electric furnaces, and rolling mills.
Ironmaking furnace dust removal: The ironmaking furnace is the main equipment that produces dust and exhaust gas during the production process of the steel plant, and the flue gas it emits contains a large amount of dust and harmful gases. Steel plant-specific dust collectors can effectively purify the flue gas emitted by the ironmaking furnace, reduce the emission concentration of dust and harmful gases, and protect the environment.
Converter dust removal: The flue gas emitted by the converter during the production process of the steel plant contains a large amount of iron oxide dust. Steel plant-specific dust collectors can effectively purify the flue gas emitted by the converter, reduce the emission concentration of iron oxide dust, and reduce pollution to the environment.
Electric furnace dust removal: Electric furnaces are used to smelt special steels, and the flue gas they emit contains a large amount of dust and harmful gases. Steel plant-specific dust collectors can effectively purify the flue gas emitted by the electric furnace, reduce the emission concentration of dust and harmful gases, and protect the environment.
Dust removal in steel rolling workshop: The steel rolling workshop will generate a lot of dust and exhaust gas during the production process. The steel plant special dust collector can effectively purify the dust and exhaust gas generated by the steel rolling workshop, reduce the emission concentration of dust and harmful gases, and protect the environment.
Long bag dust collector belongs to large-scale dust collector equipment. When the amount of dusty gas is large, the long bag dust collector is required.


Suitable for high temperature, easily combustible and explosive dusty gas. The chamber type dust collector can prevent the burning dust from directly contacting the filter bag surface. Avoid burning and explosion to the greatest extent possible.
