In view of the high-temperature use environment of cement plants, the mainstream currently uses large offline bag dust collectors. We have developed and launched the following high-temperature materials for different use conditions:

1. Ceramic filter tubes, which are made of high-temperature resistant materials pressed and sintered. Filter tubes made of this material can withstand temperatures up to 750 degrees Celsius and have a long service life of more than 5 years. The disadvantage is that the price is high and due to technical limitations, the current length can only be 3.5 meters. Longer filter tubes will break after long-term use due to their own weight and the weight of accumulated dust.

2. High-temperature resistant needle felt and woven fabric: This is the most popular material at present, and the maximum operating temperature can reach 280 darjah. At present, 90% of the dust collectors at the head and tail of cement plants use this needle felt filter bag. Its advantage is that it is cheaper than ceramic filter tubes and can be 7-8 meters long, saving the floor space of the dust collector. It has excellent chemical resistance. Depending on the material, the average service life is 1-3 years. Some particularly excellent materials can work for up to 5 years without much chemical interference.
