Working principle: This equipment adopts negative pressure design, that is, the dust-containing gas enters the lower box from the air inlet and is filtered through the filter cartridge. Due to the various effects of the filter cartridge, the dust and gas are separated. The dust is adsorbed on the filter cartridge, and the gas passes through the filter cartridge and enters the upper box from the venturi tube.
The purified air can be directly discharged through the return air port of the dust collector to complete the cycle of the entire system. As time goes by, the dust-containing gas passes through the filter cartridge. As time goes by, more and more dust accumulates on the filter cartridge, which gradually increases the resistance of the filter cartridge and gradually reduces the amount of gas passing through the filter cartridge. In order to make the dust collector work normally, the equipment is equipped with a pulse automatic cleaning device. The pulse controller sends a command to trigger each control valve in sequence, open the pulse valve, and make the compressed air in the air bag spray from the injection pipe through the venturi tubes of each hole into the corresponding filter cartridge.
The filter cartridge expands rapidly under the instantaneous reverse action of the airflow, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter cartridge falls off, the filter cartridge is regenerated, and the dust that has been cleaned falls into the ash hopper. The ash hopper adopts a push-pull structure, and the cleaning process is quick and convenient. There is an ash discharge plate on the upper part to ensure that all the dust is concentrated in the ash hopper.
